耦合Hindmarsh-Rose神经元的同步放电模式及转迁
SYNCHRONOUS FIRING PATTERNS AND TRANSITIONS IN COUPLED HINDMARSH-ROSE NEURONS
【摘要】 通过数值模拟和分岔分析,探究了具有不同放电模式的两电耦合Hindmarsh-Rose神经元的几乎完全同步,并研究了同步放电模式对单个个体的放电模式的依赖性.研究结果有助于我们更好地理解神经元放电模式转迁的动力学机理和生物学意义.
【Abstract】 By means of numerical simulation and bifurcation analysis,we explored the nearly complete synchronization of two electrically coupled Hindmarsh-Rose neurons with different firing patterns.We investigated the dependence of the synchronous firing patterns on that of the individual neurons.The results are instructive for understanding transitions mechanism of the neuronal synchronous firing patterns and its biological significance.
