大体积富集仪中压力控制系统设计
Pressure Control System Design of High-Volume Enriching Apparatus
【摘要】 在大体积富集仪的研制过程中为了提高仪器运行的安全性,防止流路切换两位三通阀过压自锁现象的发生,需要对富集流路压力进行监测;同时,在线浓缩装置内部真空度对浓缩效率及溶质回收率产生重要影响,需要对装置内部真空度进行控制使其维持在某一设定值.所研究的压力控制系统以微控制器AT89S52为核心,采集两路压力传感器的数据,根据各自压力值开环控制富集流路压力,采用PID算法控制,闭环控制浓缩装置内部真空度.增量直接输入至数字变频器,由变频器控制真空泵的抽速,较好的实现了控制真空度的目的.
【Abstract】 During the process of researching and developing high-volume enriching apparatus,flow pressure is monitored in order to secure the function and prevent 3-way valve from automatic locking due to over pressure.Meanwhile,the inside vacuum rate of the concentration device in the enriching apparatus need to be controlled for concentration efficiency and solute recovery.AT89S52 as the MCU is employed for the pressure control system of the apparatus,two ways pressure sensor data are acquired to use open-loop control flow pressure and closed-loop control inside vacuum of the online concentration device by PID adjustment methods.The increment is input to the digital converter directly,and the digital converter is used to control vacuum pump suction speed to realize control of vacuum rate.
