【摘要】 目的:探讨护理干预在预防眼底血管荧光造影(fundus fluorescein angiography FFA)不良反应中的作用。方法:通过对我院2005年2月至2011年2月共2 436例眼底病行FFA检查的患者,按时间段分为A组(未使用护理干预)与B组(使用护理干预),对比分析两组患者发生不良反应的临床表现及转归,以了解有效应对FFA不良反应的护理措施。结果:未应用护理干预前发生不良反应者占6.32%,经过检查前,检查中及检查后应用不同的护理干预后发生不良反应者占1.40%。结论:充分的护理干预对于减少或减轻FFA不良反应能起到良好作用。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To discuss the effect of nursing intervention in adverse reactions of fundus fluorescein angiography(FFA).Methods: Two thousands four hundreds and thirty six patients who conducted FFA from February 2005 to February 2011 in our hospital were divided into group A(nursing intervention group) and group B(non nursing intervention group).The clinical manifestation and turnover of the adverse reactions in each group were analyzed.Results: The incidence rate of adverse reactions was 6.32% in group B,and 1.40% in group A.Conclusion: Effective nursing intervention can decrease the occurrence of complications during FFA.更多还原
