【Abstract】 According to the Characteristic that PMU need high-speed communications for the transmission data,this paper proposes that PMU measurement data format accords to IEEEC37.118 protocol encapsulation,uses the TCP / IP protocol and the server real-time communication program,finally simulates test,and then verify the data real-time transmission.更多还原
