油浸式变压器绕组涡流损耗及温升分布研究
Research on Winding Eddy Loss and Temperature Rise Distribution for Oil-immersed Transformer
【摘要】 利用有限元方法,分析变压器绕组涡流损耗的分布,并基于变压器发热与冷却理论,确定变压器绕组温升分布工程计算方法。通过产品算例的热点温升测量与计算结果比较,检验计算方法的合理性,为油浸式变压器绕组温升分布的合理计算和预防局部过热问题,提供了简单有效的分析方法。
【Abstract】 Based on the theory of heating,cooling and analysis of winding eddy loss distribution using finite element method for oil-immersed transformer,calculation method of temperature rise distribution in transformer windings is determined.Validation of winding temperature rise distribution is confirmed by comparing the measured result with the calculated value of the product.Simple and effective method is given for the calculation of temperature rise distribution and prevention of local overheating of oil-immersed transformer reasonably.
