基于AHP的电网自然灾害风险评估方法

【摘要】 针对各种自然灾害对电网影响日益突出的问题,提出对电网进行自然灾害风险评估的方法。定性与定量分析相结合,利用改进的层次分析法(analytic hierarchy process,AHP)构造风险评估的层次结构模型,计算影响因素的权重,确定风险等级。通过应用实例验证评估结果的有效性,从而提升电网抵御自然灾害的能力。

【Abstract】 Aiming at the increasingly significant problem of various natural disasters affecting power grid, a natural disaster risk assessment method for power grid is given in this paper. Combining the qualitative and quantitative analysis, improved analytic hierarchy process(AHP) is used to construct the hierarchical structure model of risk assessment, the weights of factors are calculated and then the degree of risk is determined. An example application shows the effectiveness of the assessment results. It will boost the power grid’s capability to withstand natural disaster.
