【Abstract】 Along with the continual extension of power system and the growth of short-circuit current level,application of fault current limiter(FCL) is becoming more and more widespread.The role of FCL and its specific locations in the network have become a hot topic for FCL research.This paper introduces different installation positions of FCL and their classifications,and elaborates the distinguishing features of short circuit in these situations and the significance of FCL installation.At last,some issues that need further research in practical application are proposed.更多还原
