【摘要】 目前高校文科学报在审稿过程中存在简化审稿环节、审稿人职责不清、没有量化的审稿标准等问题,使审稿工作没有发挥应有的作用。为保证审稿质量,提高高校文科学报科学化水平,就必须从强化对"三审制"的认识、明确审稿人的职责、实行量化的审稿标准、有效运用学术检测工具等方面进一步完善审稿制度,使审稿机制规范化。更多还原

【Abstract】 At present there are many problems in the manuscript examination process of college and university’s liberal arts journals,such as simplification of examination links,unclear duty of examiners and no quantification of examining criteria,etc.,which hinder the function of manuscript examination.In order to ensure the examination quality and improve the scientific level of college and university’s liberal arts journals,we must further perfect manuscript examination system and standardize manuscript examination mechanism from the perspective of strengthening the understanding of "three examinations" system,making clear the examiner’s duty,quantifying examination criteria and effectively employing tools to check the academic misconduct.更多还原
