【摘要】 关于银行业集中化与市场竞争度的研究在国外已经取得相当丰富的成果。针对国内关于这一领域理论研究相对匮乏的现状,系统整理近20年来银行业集中化与竞争度方面研究的国外文献,指出银行业不同于传统工业企业,银行业集中化并不能准确衡量市场竞争程度,集中化可以与较高竞争度并存,并指出将有关理论应用于中国银行业现状分析时需要满足的条件。更多还原

【Abstract】 Research on the relationship of centralization and competition in banking has got much progress abroad.Thinking the shortage of the topic in China, the paper systematically sorted the foreign literature on this field in recent 20 years,and pointed out that there is difference between banking and traditional industrial organization.The centralization of banking can not accurately measure the market competition degree.The centralization may exist simultaneously with higher competition degree.Furthermore,it argued that some conditions should be satisfied when we use these theories and methods to analyze the banking of China.更多还原
