【摘要】 目的:对比卡维地洛和倍他乐克治疗两种不同类型的β-受体阻滞剂对慢性心力衰竭的临床疗效。方法:将60例慢性心力衰竭患者在常规治疗心力衰竭基础上随机分为卡维地洛组(n=30例)和倍他乐克组(n=30例),随治6～12个月观察两组治疗前后心率、左室射血分数(LVEF)及心功能变化。结果:两组间治疗前、后,在心率及LVEF方面。无统计学意义(P>0.05),但同组治疗前后有差异(P<0.05);两组间有效率有差异(P<0.05)。结论:卡维地络在LVEF及心率方面比倍他乐克的优越性.卡维地洛在治疗慢性心力衰竭中安全有效,且有效率优于倍他乐克组。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:Carveditol and tnetoprolol on Bika Wei treatment of two different types ofβ-blockers in chronic heart failure patients.Method:60 patients with chronic heart failure patients based on the conventional trea ment of heart failure were randomly divided into the carvedilol group(n =30 cases) and the metoprolol group(n = 30 cases),with the rule 6 to 12 months of observation of two Heart rate before and after treatment,left ventricular ejection fraction(LVEF) and cardiac function.Results:Between the two groups before and after treatment,heart rate and LVEF in the area.Not statistically significant(P>0.05),but there are differences with the group before and after treatment(P<0.05);efficiency difference between the two groups(P<0.05).Conclusion:Carvedilol than in metoprolol LVEF and heart rate in the superiority of carvedilo! in patients with chronic heart failure in the safe and effective,and efficient than tnetoprolol group.更多还原
