【摘要】 目的;探讨小细胞肺癌(SCLC)的CT表现特征及其诊断价值。方法:回顾性分析58例经病理证实的小细胞肺癌的CT特征。结果:58例SCLC中,中央型SCLC 49例(84.5%),以肺门或纵隔旁实性肿块伴肺门、纵隔淋巴结肿大为其主要的CT特征表现,支气管阻塞征象出现较晚。多数周围型小细胞肺癌表现为边界清晰的结节或肿块影。结论:小细胞肺癌多表现为中央型,认识小细胞肺癌的CT表现特征有助于及时确立合理的治疗方案。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To analyze and evaluate the CT features of small cell lung cancer(SCLC).Methods:CT findings of 58 patients were retrospectively reviewed with pathologically proven small cell lung cancer Results:Of 58 cases.central type was seen in 49(84.5%).Hilar or mediastinaside solid mass accompaned with hilar and mediastinal lymph node metastasis was the major features.Sign of bronchial obstruction often occured at later stage.Most peripheral small cell lung cancer presented as sharply marginated nodules or mass Conclusion:Most SCLC belong to central type.Understanding the imaging features are helpful to establish rational therapeutic plan of SCLC.更多还原
