地铁工作人员骨密度测定分析

【摘要】 目的:了解广州地铁工作人员骨密度情况,探讨影响该群体骨密度的危险因素,为预防该群体骨质疏松症(Osteoporosis,OP)提供依据。方法:采用美国GE Lunar公司生产的Prodigy双能X线骨密度仪测定健康体检的广州市地铁工作人员骨密度(BMD),同时以非地铁工人健康体检者作为对照,按年龄及性别分组,分别对各组间OP患病率差异进行分析。结果:两组OP患病率均随年龄增加而增加;女性组右可见50~59岁年龄段较40~49岁年龄段OP患病率增高,差别有统计学意义(P<0.01);男性于40~49岁和5★59岁年龄段的地铁组OP患病率高于对照组,差别有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:地铁工作对OP患病率有影响,地铁工人男性发生OP的危险性增加,注意该部分人群OP的防治工作。

【Abstract】 Objective:To investigate the changing rule and factors of bone mineral density(BMD),and to provide the scientific strategies for prevention osteoporosis in underground workers of Guangzhou.Methods:The BMD was measured by Lunar Prodigy dual energy X-ray absorptionmetry(DEXA) for underground workers and non underground workers.The incidence of osteoporosis(OP) was analyzed by 10 years a group of male and female respectively.Results:The incidence of osteoporosis increased with age,which is higher in 50~59 years of age than 40~49 years of age(P<0.01) in females;The incidence of osteoporosis is higher in 50~59 and 40~49 years of age of underground workers than that of non underground workers(P<0.05) in males.Conclusion:Working at underground is a risk factor of osteoporosis. The incidence of osteoporosis in underground workers is higher than that in non underground workers for males.Thus,attention should be paid to enhance the preventive and therapeutic strategy in these populations.
