【摘要】 目的:探讨米诺环素联合普米克令舒治疗小儿支原体肺炎有效性和安全性。方法:选择140例患儿,分为两组,均在普米克令舒治疗的基础上,对照组使用阿奇霉素,观察组使用米诺环素,比较治疗1个疗程后,两组患儿主要症状改善时间,有效率和不良反应。结果:观察组退热时间、肺部啰音消失、时间咳嗽缓解和喘憋消失时间均明显快于对照组,有效率明显高于对照组,不良反应发生率明显低于对照组。结论:米诺环素联合普米克令舒治疗小儿支原体肺炎起效速度快,安全性高,可以考虑临床使用。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To investigate the efficacy and safety of Minocycline Combined with Pulmicort for Child Mycoplasmal Pneumonia.Methods:140 cases of children,divided into two groups,both in the pulmicort treatment on the basis.the control group used azithromycin,observation group used minocycline,compared the efficacy and safety of the two groups.Results:The observation group time of fever,pulmonary rales disappeared,cough disappeared mitigation and wheezing were than the control group,and the efficiency was significantly higher the control group,incidence of adverse events was significantly lower than the control group.Conclusion:Minocycline joint of pulmicort with mycoplasma pneumonia in children onset rapidly and had high safety,it can considere for clinical use.更多还原
