【摘要】 目的:观察130例胃肠功能障碍患者的临床资料,探讨胃肠功能障碍的病因、早期诊断及防治措施。方法:对收治的130例胃肠功能障碍患者的临床诊治资料进行分析。结果:胃肠功能障碍常继发于严重创伤、烧烫伤、休克、感染等,临床上以腹胀、肠鸣音减弱或消失、呕吐为诊断依据。结论:对于有高危因素的患者要高度警惕胃肠功能障碍的发生,及时发现、早期干预,以控制病情进展,降低死亡率。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To observe the therapeutic effect of 130 patients with gastrointestinal dysfunction.Probe into the pathogeny, diagnoses and therapy of gastrointestinal dysfunction.Methods:Analyse the datum of 130 patients with complication of gastrointestinal dysfunction.Results:Gastrointestinal dysfunction was the secondary affection of wound,scald,shock and infection.According windy, intestinal trouble and retch as diagnosis.Conclusion:Pay more attention to the patients with gastrointes tinal dysfunction in order to discover and intervene early,so that we can control the evolution and reduce death rate.更多还原
