【摘要】 目的:探讨耳内窥镜下治疗鼻出血与鼻内窥镜相比是否具有优势。方法:选取鼻腔后部出血患者42例分为A.B两组,比较不适感以及检查治疗时间。结果:耳内窥镜组与鼻内窥镜组相比,分级差为1.55级,耳内窥镜组检查治疗时间平均为38.37分钟,鼻内窥镜组检查治疗时间平均为55.27分钟。结论:耳内窥镜下治疗鼻出血与鼻内窥镜相比,不适感减少,治疗时间缩短,值得推广。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:Endoscopic treatment of ear and nasal endoscopy nasal bleeding is an advantage compared.Methods:Selected 42 patients with nasal bleeding back into A.B groups,compare discomfort,and examination and treatment time.Resaults:Endotoscope group compared with the nasal endoscope,grading difference of 1.55,Endotoscope examination and treatment group average of 38.37 minutes,endoscopic examination and treatment group average of 55.27 minutes.Conclusion:Endoscopic treatment of ear and nasal endoscopy nasal bleeding compared to less discomfort,shorten treatment time,is worth promoting.更多还原
