【摘要】 目的:了解彩色多普勒血流显像(CDFI)对葡萄胎的临床应用价值。方法:对27例良性及恶性葡萄胎患者进行多次彩色多普勒超声检查,并记录病灶内血流的阻力指数,同时记录血清绒毛膜促性腺激素(HCG)的值。结果:27例葡萄胎患者病灶处血流非常丰富,呈高速低阻型,血流阻力指数(RI)≤0.4。血HCG增高,大于2 000U/L。经化疗治疗后复查,病灶处RI呈逐步升高趋势,血HCG逐步下降。结论:利用彩色多普勒超声对葡萄胎的良恶性诊断及疗效观察很有价值。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To discuss the value of color doppler flow imaging(CDFI) and pulsed wave(PW) in the diagnosis,Curative effect and changes of invasive hydatidiform.Methods.-CDFI and PW were detected in 27 patients with invasive hydatidiform.Riin the foci and HCG in the blood serum were determined.Results:The uterine wall echoes revealed coarse with low echoic nodes,The trophoblast mvasive wall was hypervascular and the resistice index was less than 0.4,And the blood HCG was increased.After chemotherapy.The hypervascularity was decreased,Riincreasing higher,And HCG returned to normal.Conclusion:CDFI is a usefui method in treatment of the invasive hydatidiform moie and in monitoring the tumor response to chemotherapy.更多还原
