【摘要】 目的:探讨临界正畸患者不同处理措施对牙硬组织的影响,旨在提高患者的生活质量,采取最佳的治疗措施。方法:将2008年1月-2009年6月在我院牙科进行诊治的临界正畸患者28例,根据不同的处理措施分为两组,拔牙组与非拔牙组。随访并比较两种处理措施的临床疗效。结果:两组在牙齿排列、覆颌覆盖、中线、侧方咬合及总分间的差异均无统计学意义(p>0.05);而拔牙组的侧貌远高于对照组,且差异具有统计学意义(p<0.05)。拔牙组与未拔牙组在患者满意度间的差异无统计学意义(p>0.05)。结论:对临界正畸患者采取不同的处理措施对牙硬组织具有不同的疗效,在实际临床工作中,应根据实际情况采取不同的治疗措施。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To investigate the influence of different treatments on dental hard tissue in critical orthodontic patients,aimed at improving the quality of patients’ life and take the best treatment.Methods:28 critical orthodontic patients were treated in our hospital from January 2008 to June 2009.All patients were divided into two groups,extraction group and the non-extraction group,according to the different treatment measures.Follow-up and compare the clinical efficacy of two treatments.Results:The teeth arrangement,covered jaw coverage,midline,lateral and total occlusion showed no significant difference between two groups(p>0.05);the profile of extraction group is higher,and the difference was statistically significant(p<0.05).The patients’ satisfaction in two groups have no significant difference(p>0.05). Conclusion:There are different efficacy of treatment measures to dental hard tissues.In clinical work,different therapeutic measures should be taken based on the actual situation.更多还原
