一种初级永磁型直线电动机的推力特性
Thrust force characteristic of a primary permanent magnet linear motor
【摘要】 针对应用于电磁弹射中直线感应电机推力密度和功率因数均较低的问题,提出一种应用于电磁弹射的初级永磁直线电机。给出了电机的结构和工作原理,采用二维有限元方法对电机的静态特性进行分析,给出了电机的磁链、反电动势和电感特性。在静态特性基础之上,通过能量法对电机推力特性进行推导。采用瞬态二维有限元方法对推力特性和电磁弹射的加速过程进行仿真分析,通过试验验证有限元仿真的正确性。仿真和试验结果表明,该电机具有小的定位力、较小的推力波动和简单的控制策略,在电磁弹射系统应用中具有很好的前景。
【Abstract】 To solve the problem that the thrust density and power factor of linear induction machines used for electromagnetic launch are too little,a primary permanent magnet linear motor(PPMLM) is proposed for electromagnetic launch.Firstly,the structure and operation principle of the PPMLM were given.Two-dimensional(2-D) finite element method(FEM) was used to investigate the static electromagnetic characteristics,and the characteristics of flux linkage,back electromotive force(EMF) and inductance were obtained.The co-energy method was implemented to derive the thrust force equation based on the static characteristics.The 2-D transient finite element method was employed to analyse the thrust force and the process of electromagnetic launch.The results of simulation are validated by experiment.Results of simulation and experiment demonstrate that the proposed motor has the advantage of minor cogging force,minor thrust force ripple and simple control strategy.This kind of PPMLM is well suitable for the application of electromagnetic launch.
