开关磁通永磁同步电机的结构参数
Study on Structure Parameters of Flux-Switching Permanent Magnet Synchronous Machines
【摘要】 以1台三相12/10极样机为例,介绍磁通切换型双凸极永磁同步电机的结构特点和运行原理。并基于有限元法,研究了其结构参数、气隙和永磁体厚度对电机性能的影响。通过分析得出了对此类电机的气隙及永磁体厚度的选择原则,为该类电机的设计、性能分析以及运行控制建立了基础。
【Abstract】 A flux-switching permanent magnet(FSPM) synchronous machine with doubly-salient poles was introduced as well as the operating principle was analyzed by using a 3-phase 12/10-pole FSPM machine as an example.Based on finite element analysis,the factors of the structure parameters including the airgap and permanent magnet thickness that affected the motor’s properties were studied.The select principle of the airgap and permanent magnet thickness was obtained.A foundation had been set up for designing,performance analysis and operational control of this kind of motor.
