激光微熔覆沉积工艺中TC4粉末精确喷射技术研究
Study on the Powder Feeding Technique during Laser Micro Cladding Deposition Manufacturing of TC4 Powder
【摘要】 在目前的激光熔覆沉积制造工艺中,送粉技术主要是利用气体大量送粉,粉末输送精度不高,导致熔覆过程中粉末的利用率低且制造精度不高。利用微流体数字化喷射技术来实现粉末的精确喷射,并利用搭建的激光微熔覆成形制造系统,研究了钛合金粉末单喷管和双喷管精确喷射时参数对喷射精度的影响,并进行了对比。利用单喷管送粉进行了单道熔覆实验,分析了激光功率、扫描速度、送粉率等工艺参数对成形工艺的影响。
【Abstract】 For most laser cladding deposition manufacturing process,powder feeding usually uses the mass conveying technologies by gas,which caused uncontrollable conveying as well as poor stability and uniformity.Based on the Digitalization of Microfluid Technology,precise powder feeding is achieved. With the laser micro cladding deposition manufacturing system set up in our lab,the processing parameters of powder feeding technique are studied using single powder nozzle and double powder nozzle, and by the single-pass cladding experiment,optimized processing parameters are also investigated.
