管件电磁成形中温度变化的模拟研究
Simulation of Temperature Evolution in the Process of Tube Electromagnetic Forming
【摘要】 管件电磁成形中,工件温度的变化会影响材料的电导率和塑性性能,从而影响工件的成形性能。利用有限元软件ANSYS,建立电路-电磁场和电磁场-温度场两种耦合模型,分析成形过程中管件温度变化、分布及其影响因素。模拟结果表明,在放电能量一定的条件下,管件温度变化值随放电电流频率的增加而升高,且在工件轴向和径向均存在温度梯度。
【Abstract】 In the process of tube electromagnetic forming,material’s plastic property and conductivity were varied as the change of temperature and then influence the formability of workpiece.In this paper,two coupled models,circuit-electromagnetic and electromagnetic-thermal,has been built in the FEA software ANSYS to analyze the change,distribution and influencing factors of temperature during the forming.The results show that value of tube’s temperature is increase as the increase of charge current’s frequency.There are temperature gradients in direction of axial and radial also.
