【Abstract】 Great changes have taken place in the industrial background of civil engineering specialty since the implementation of the reform and opening-up policy.They include the change of the status of building industry,the change in construction management system,and the real estate industry becoming the new industrial background.We must clearly understand and adapt to these changes,so as to provide better services for the background industry and promote the development of civil engineering specialty.更多还原
