【摘要】 文章就《海峡两岸经济合作框架协议》(ECFA)背景下两岸高等教育的交流合作问题进行了讨论,认为要实现ECFA的目标,推动两岸经贸和投资的发展,共同参与全球化的激烈竞争,人才因素是重要的基础,其间接或直接的要素都与海峡两岸高校的人才培养有关。因此,要推动ECFA及产业合作等方面的发展,海峡两岸高校应该广泛开展交流合作,共同培养熟悉两岸各类事务的高层次人才,为两岸的经贸、投资与产业合作发展服务,才能实现双赢。并就加快海峡两岸高校的交流合作问题提出了若干建议。更多还原

【Abstract】 This thesis discusses the problems of higher education exchange and cooperation across the strait in the background of "Economic Cooperation Framework Agreement(ECFA)".It holds that the element of talents plays a key role in achieving the goals of ECFA,promoting the development of trade and investment across the strait,jointly participating in the intense competition in the age of globalization,which is directly and indirectly related to the training of talents in universities across the strait.Therefore,to propel the developments in ECFA and industry cooperation,universities across the strait should conduct extensive exchange and cooperation,and jointly train the high-level talents who are familiar with various affairs across the strait and willing to serve the trade,investment and industry cooperation across the strait.Finally the thesis puts forward some suggestions on how to accelerate the university exchange and cooperation across the strait.更多还原
