【Abstract】 Tea polyphenols are a class of major chemical composition.In this paper,the method of accelerated solvent extraction is used to improve the efficiency of sample extraction and the amount of solvent is greatly reduced while the contents of polyphenols are detected by using HPLC.The Method is rapid and accurate,providing a reliable theoretical and experimental basis for further use of tea polyphenols.更多还原
