三相电流型多电平整流器的研究和设计
Research and Design of Three-Phase Multilevel Current Source Rectifier
【摘要】 在建立三相电流型多电平整流器(MCSR)数学模型的基础上,分别对其控制系统和电路参数的设计方法进行了研究。在控制系统方面,首先研究了三相MCSR的双闭环控制策略,文中给出的设计方法充分考虑了整流器内部电路参数(如分流电感)对控制系统的影响。当考虑分流电感参数的影响时,三相MCSR直流侧电压的传递关系体现为二阶系统特性。由于二阶系统在谐振频率处有很大的幅值增益尖峰,这不仅使系统的性能变差,也给控制系统的设计带来一定的困难。为此,本文提出增加负载电流前馈控制环节,该方法解决了开环幅值增益尖峰和系统快速性之间的矛盾,使得系统即便采用较小的回路增益,仍可具有较快的动态响应和较好的稳态性能。在电路参数方面,提出了一种简单、通用的分流电感以及直流侧滤波电容参数的设计方法。最后,通过一台三模块并联的三相MCSR的试验工作,进行了验证。
【Abstract】 Based on the mathematical model of three-phase multilevel current source rectifier (MCSR) developed in this paper,the design of control strategies and circuit parameters of MCSR are investigated.As for controlling,a double-loop control strategy for MCSR is developed,which considers circuit parameters of MCSR such as sharing-current inductors.When the sharing-current inductors are considered,the transfer characteristic of the dc voltage becomes second-order,which deteriorates the dc-side dynamic response.In this paper,a feed forward control of the load current is proposed to solve the conflict between the fast dynamic response and the gain peak of the second-order system at its resonance frequency,and even with the less loop gain,the system can achieve fast dynamic response and good steady state performance.This paper also presents a simple and general method to design the sharing-current inductors and the DC link capacitor in MCSR.Finally,an experiment on a three-module MCSR is carried out to verify the above proposition.
