保乳手术治疗早期乳腺癌40例临床分析

【摘要】 目的探讨保乳手术早期乳腺癌的临床疗效。方法选取2005年7月～2008年8月收治的80例早期乳腺癌患者的临床资料随机分成治疗组(40例)和对照组(40例),治疗组患者采取保乳手术治疗,对照组采取改良根治手术治疗,术后随访2～5年,比较两组患者术后复发率和生存率。结果治疗组患者生存39例,占97.5%.对照组患者生存39例,占97.5%。两组患者生存率比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),治疗组及对照组均无复发。结论早期乳腺癌患者行保乳手术治疗是安全可靠的,但必须掌握保乳手术指证并保证术后综合治疗。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To evaluate the breast-conserving surgery for early breast cancer patients.Methods The hospital in July 2005 to August 2008,80 patients admitted to the clinical data of patients with early breast cancer were randomly divided into treatment group(40 cases) and control group(40 cases),treatment group were terated with breast-conserving surgery treatment,the control group were terated with modified radical mastectomy surgery,patients were followed up for tow to five years,tow groups were compe red recurrence rate survival rate.Results The survival of patients 39 cases,accounting for 97.5%,survial of patients in control group 39 cases,,accounting for 97.5%,difference in survival rate between the two groups were not statistically singificant(P>0.005).The two groups were 0 case of recurrence.Conclusion The early breast conserving treatment of breast cancer is safe and reliable,and mastering the breast conserving surgical indications is very important to ensure comprehensive treatment after surgery.更多还原
