全程人文关怀在手术室患者护理中的应用效果

【摘要】 目的探讨全程人文关怀在手术室患者中的应用效果。方法将择期手术的患者260例随机分为两组,I组患者120例,给予常规手术室护理。II组患者140例,在手术室常规护理基础上,实施全程人文关怀。结果 II组患者对护士护理工作的满意度更高,与I组比较,p<0.05,差异有统计学意义。结论采用全程人文关怀在手术室患者中应用,能够有效改善患者的焦虑紧张状态,提高护理工作满意度,值得在临床推广使用。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective Humane care of the whole patient in the operating room in the application Results.Methods In our hospital for elective surgery patients were randomly divided into two groups 260 cases,I group 120 patients received routine care and operating room.Group II were 140 cases on the basis of routine care in the operating room,the whole course of human care.Results Group II patient satisfaction with nursing care more,and I group,P<0.05.Conclusion The use of humane care throughout the patients in the operating room applications,can effectively improve the patient’s anxiety and tension,improve care and job satisfaction,it is in clinical use.更多还原
