癫痫患者血清中IL-1β、TNF-α含量变化研究

【摘要】 目的通过观察癫痫患者血清中白介素1β(IL-1β)和肿瘤坏死因子α(TNF-α)含量变化,探讨IL-1β、TNF-α在癫痫患者发病中关系。方法收集40例癫痫患者、40例急性脑梗死患者和40例健康者的血清,利用ELISA法检测各组对象血清IL-1β、TNF-α含量,应用SPSS统计软件对各组进行比较,并对IL-1β和TNF-α进行相关性分析。结果①癫痫患者血清中IL-1β、TNF-α水平明显增高;②癫痫患者血清中IL-1β和TNF-α含量之间存在高度正相关。结论 IL-1β和TNF-α可能参与了癫痫发病机制。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the changes of interleukin-1β(IL-1β)and tumor necrosis factor-alpha(TNF-α) levels in epileptic patients,analyze the correlation in the pathogenesis of epilepsy.Methods Serum content of IL-1β and TNF-α from of three groups was detected by ELISA.The data were analyzed by a statistical software SPSS 13.0.Results Compared with control group and acute cerebral ischemia,serum concentrations of IL-1βand TNF-α significantly increased(P<0.01),There was a positive correlation between the levels of seum IL-1β and TNF-α in epileptic patienis(R=0.895,P<0.001).Conclusion IL-1β and TNF-α may part in the pathogenesis of epilepsy.更多还原
