奥氮平与奎硫平治疗老年期精神障碍的对照研究

【摘要】 目的比较奥氮平和奎硫平对老年期精神障碍的治疗效果和安全性。方法将62例老年期精神障碍患者随机分为两组,分别予奥氮平与奎硫平进行为期6周的对照治疗;采用阳性与阴性症状量表(PANSS)评定疗效,用副反应量表(TESS)评定副反应。结果治疗6周后PANSS总分较治疗前显著下降,奥氮平组有效率为81.3%;奎硫平组为76.7%。两者疗效差异无显著性(P>0.05);两药副反应少而轻微。结论奥氮平与奎硫平治疗老年期精神障碍疗效相当,两药不良反应少,安全性较好。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To compare olanzapine and quetiapine in treatment of elderly mental disorders efficacy and safety.Methods 62 elderly mental disorders were randomly divided into two groups receiving olanzapine or quetiapine respectively for 6 weeks.The positive and negative symptoms scale(PANSS) and the treatment emergent symptoms scale(TESS)were adopted to two groups to evaluate the efficacy and side effects.Results After the treatment of 6 weeks,PANSS scores in both groups significantly decreased.Olanzapine group efficiency is 81.3%.Quetiapine group effective rate is 76.7%.The two groups had no significant difference (P>0.05).Fewer and slighter side effects in two groups were reported.Conclusion Olanzapine and quetiapine had similar effects in the treatment of elderly mental disorders.two groups have fewer adverse reactions and high safety.更多还原
