凝聚胺法交叉配血的干扰及排除方法研究

【摘要】 目的探讨凝聚胺法交叉配血干扰的相关因素并提出对策。方法回顾性分析2008年1月-2010年12月46例进行凝聚胺法交叉配血的受血者血样,观察其中影响凝聚胺法交叉配血的干扰因素及对应排除方法。结果凝聚胺法交叉配血受到温度、气候、临床药物、试剂及操作因素的干扰(P<0.05)。结论结合病史仔细分析临床用药情况及各种可能干扰因素,能及时准确地排除干扰因素,确保交叉配血操作的成功及输血安全。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective Polybrene method of cross-interference with the blood of the relevant factors and propose a solution. Method Retrospective analysis of our hospital from January 2008 to December 2010 46 cases of Polybrene method for cross matching blood samples of recipients to observe the impact of Polybrene method in which cross-matching blood confounding factors and the corresponding troubleshooting . Results Polybrene method by cross-matching temperature climate, clinical drugs, reagents and operating disturbances. Five cases of gastrointestinal bleeding patients, 4 cases of renal dialysis in uremic red blood cells in patients with non-immune failure leads to irreversible aggregation. 16 cases of multiple fractures in patients with false agglutination. (P<0.05). Conclusion Combined with careful analysis of the clinical history of drug use and potential confounding factors, timely and accurately rule out confounding factors, to ensure the successful operation of cross-matching and transfusion safety.更多还原
