直肠癌全直肠系膜切除术

【摘要】 目的进一步了解掌握全直肠系膜切除术(Total Mesorectal Excision,TME)。方法对中、下段直肠癌运用TME,行保留肛门的经腹低位前切除术(Low Anterior Resection,LAR)或不保留肛门的腹会阴联合切除术(Abdominal Perineal Resection,APR)。结果本组病例共100例均行上述手术,治疗效果十分满意。结论 TME能有效地降低中、下段直肠癌的局部复发率,提高治愈率。改善病人手术后的生存质量。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To further understand and grasp Total Mesorectal Excision.Methods We exert TME to treat middle-lower rectum cancer with LAR for anus-saving,or with APR for non-anus-saving.Results There is 100 cases in this group,were all treated with the above operation,obtained the extremely satisfactory effect.Conclusion TME greatly lower the local recurrence rate of rectal cancers cases post-surgery,and increases the rate of cure,improves the post-surgery survive quality of the patients.更多还原
