手术与药物保守治疗甲状腺功能亢进临床对比研究

【摘要】 目的比较甲状腺大部切除术与药物保守治疗甲状腺功能亢进的疗效。方法回顾性分析2006年1月～2010年1月分别采用甲状腺大部分切除术和131I治疗的甲状腺亢进患者的临床资料,比较两组患者治疗效果、手术并发症和不良反应的发生率。结果观察组治愈率明显高于对照组,组间比较差异具有统计学意义(x2=4.217,P<0.05)。结论甲状腺大部分切除术治疗甲状腺功能亢进具有治愈率高,不良反应发生率低等优点,值得临床借鉴。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To compare with drugs resection of thyroid most conservative treatment the curative effect of hyperthyroidism thyroid function.Methods Retrospective analysis in January 2006 to 2010 by January our most resection and thyroid respectively 131I treatment of patients with hyperthyroidism clinical data of thyroid,compared with two groups of patients therapeutic effect,complications and the incidence of aderse eents.Results The observation group cure rate obviously higher than those in the control group,groups of comparative differences are statistically significant(x2 = 4.217,P<0.05).Conclusion Thyroid most resection with hyperthyroidism thyroid function cure treatment of high incidence and adverse reaction of clinical advantages,worth for reference.更多还原
