GP方案与NP方案治疗晚期非小细胞肺癌的近期疗效对比研究

【摘要】 目的评价GP方案与NP方案的近期疗效,耐受性和毒副反应。方法 GP方案治疗30例,GEM1000mg/m2,静脉滴注,第1、8天,顺铂(DDP)30mg/m2,静脉滴注,第1～3天;NP方案治疗36例,NVB25mg/m2,静脉冲入,第1、8天,顺铂DDP30mg/m2,静脉滴注,第1～3天,每21天重复。结果 GP组与NP组有效率分别为46.7%和47.2%(P>0.05);中位疾病无进展时间(TTP)分别为6个月和4.7个月(P<0.05),NP组骨髓抑制、恶心、呕吐、局部静脉炎、周围神经毒发生率均高于GP组(P<0.05)。结论两方案治疗有效率近似,但GP方案耐受良好、毒副反应轻、疗效好、尤其适用于年龄较大的患者。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To evaluate the effect,tolerabilily and toxic-side reactions of combined Gemcitabine of Novebine with cisplatin in advanced non-small-cell lung cancer.Methods From 1999,30 cases with advanced non-small-cell lung cancer were treated by combined Gemcitabine[100mg/m2,intravenously(IV)on day1、8]with cisplatin[30mg/m2 IV on day 1～3];36cases with advanced non-small-cell lungcancer were treated by combined Novebine[25mg/m2 IV on day1、8]with cisplatin[30mg/m2 IV on day 1～3].The treatment was repeated every 3 weeks.Results The response rate of GP group was 46.7%,The response rate of NP group was 47.2%(P>0.05);the TTP of NP was 4.7 months,the TTP of GP was 6 months(P<0.05),the toxicities in NP Croup were more severe than in GP Croup,they included myelosuppression,nausea,inciden ce or phlebitis et al.Conclusion There were similar in the overall response rates,but Combination regimen of Gemcitabine and DDP is of better efficacy,tolerance,especially suitable ofto the elderly patients.更多还原
