熊果酸诱导A172脑胶质瘤细胞凋亡的初步研究

【摘要】 目的研究熊果酸诱导A172脑胶质瘤细胞凋亡的作用。方法体外培养脑胶质瘤细胞(A172),MTT法观察细胞生长抑制作用、流式细胞仪检测细胞凋亡及周期变化。结果 MTT及流式细胞术显示熊果酸抑制A172细胞增殖并诱导其凋亡。结论熊果酸能明显抑制A172细胞增殖,诱导细胞凋亡。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate anti-proliferation and apoptosis effects of Ursolic acid on glioma A 172 cells.Methods By culturing in vitro and treated with UA,anti-proliferation effects were assessed with methyl thiazolyl tetrazolium(MTT) colorimetric assay and the flow cytometry was used to detect apoptotic rates and cell cycle distribution.Results MTT showed the inhibitory effects of UA on A172 Cells were obvious,in a concentration and time dependent manner +++++++.The flow cytometry showed that after exposure to drugs cell-cycle was blocked at G0/G1 phase.Conclusion Ursolic acid inhibits Pro1iferationg of A172 cell and induces apoptosis.更多还原
