心房颤动患者高敏C-反应蛋白的检测

【摘要】 目的探讨心房颤动(AF)与高敏C-反应蛋白(hs-CRP)之间的关系。方法选择92例AF患者及60例无AF发生的健康体检者,检测hs-CRP水平、血脂指标及超声心动图测量左心房内径(LAD),比较2组间指标。结果 AF组LAD及hs-CRP水平均显著高于对照组(P<0.01),AF组LAD与hs-CRP水平呈正相关(r=0.58,P<0.01),多因素Logistic回归分析显示hs-CRP、LAD为AF发病的独立危险因素。结论 hs-CRP水平与AF发病相关。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To explore the relationship between atrial fibrillation (AF) and high-sensitivity C-reactive protein (hs-CRP).Methods The serum levels of hs-CRP and lipid parameters in 92 AF patients and 60 controls were measured by latex agglutination assay.The left atrial diameter (LAD) was also detected by echocardiography.Results AF patients had statistically higher hs-CRP levels and LAD than controls (P<0.01).LAD and hs-CRP levels in AF group was in linear correlation (r=0.58,P<0.01).Logistic regression analysis revealed that hs-CRP levels and LAD were independent risk factors of AF.Conclusion Hs-CRP is associated with AF.更多还原
