二氧化碳激光联合乌体林斯肌注治疗尖锐湿疣临床观察

【摘要】 目的观察乌体林斯对预防尖锐湿疣复发的疗效。方法将97例尖锐湿疣患者分为治疗组50例和对照组47例。两组均应用二氧化碳激光治疗,治疗组加用乌体林斯注射液1.72μg/mL局部注射,3日1次,疗程60d。结果治疗组总有效率为88.00%,对照组总有效率为63.82%,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论二氧化碳激光联合乌体林斯肌注治疗尖锐湿疣疗效好,复发率低,安全可靠。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate efficacy of mycobacterium phlei injection on patients with condyloma acuminata.Methods People with condyloma acuminata were allocated into treatment group of 50 cases and control group of 47 cases.Two groups were both treated by CO2 laser after that paitents of treatment group were injcted with mycobacterium phlei every 3 days.The treatment lasted for 60 days.Results The total complete response rate of treatment group was 88.00%;and the total complete response rate of control group was 63.82%;there was significant difference in the curative effect between treatment group and control group.Conclusion Treatment with CO2 laser followed by mycobacterium phlei injection is an effective safe and low recurrence rate for condyloma acuminata.更多还原
