EnCor真空辅助旋切系统对乳腺多发不可触及病变切除活检的应用

【摘要】 目的探讨EnCor真空辅助旋切活检系统对乳腺多发不可触及病变(MNPBL)切除活检的价值。方法在超声引导下应用EnCor对386例患者的MNPBL进行切除活检。回顾性分析患者的临床资料。结果 386例MNPBL患者共被切除病灶1081个,平均每个病灶手术用时3.2分钟。旋切活检诊断纤维腺瘤等良性病变1069个(98.9%),不典型性增生、导管原位癌和浸润性乳腺癌分别为7、2和3个,该12个病灶(1.1%)均施行再次手术,旋切活检与术后病理诊断相同。旋切术后经过6个月以上的随访,未发现病灶残留复发。结论 EnCor真空辅助旋切系统对MNPBL进行切除活检,手术快捷,诊断准确,可完全切除乳腺良性病变。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To discuss the practical value of EnCor vacuum-assisted breast biopsy system in diagnosis and treatment of multiple nonpalpable breast lesion(MNPBL).Methods 386 patient’s 1081 NPBL were underwent the excision biopsy by vacuum assisted breast biopsy system.Review analysis the patient’s clinical data.Results A total of 1081 masses in 386 patients were excised.Excised each masse surgery uses averagely 3.2 minutes.The 1069 of 1081 masses were benign breast lesion that were fibroadenoma et al by pathological diagnosis.Accounting for 98.9% of all masses.The 12 masses were 7 hyperplasiaes,2 ductal carcinoma in situ(DCIS)and 3 invasive ductal carcinoma(IDC).Accounting for 1.1% of all masses.The patients with hyperplasiaes,DCIS and IDC had were performed once more surgery,and the pathological diagnosis after the operation with the biopsy by vacuum assisted breast biopsy system was the same.The patients were not discovered the masses remains or recrudescence through followed up over 6 monthes after operation.Conclusion EnCor vacuum assisted breast biopsy system used for diagnosis and treatment of MNPBL may completely excise the benign lesion in breast and the operational process is quick,the pathological diagnosis is accurate.更多还原
