颜面部皮肤缺损修复术中足背游离皮瓣研究

【摘要】 目的了解颜面部皮肤缺损常用的修复方法,探讨足背游离皮瓣在颜面部皮肤修复中的应用。方法选择采用足背游离皮瓣进行颜面部皮肤缺损治疗6例患者,患者均积极配合调查。采用足背皮瓣进行修复,其中使用皮瓣最大为12cm×9cm,最小为9cm×6cm。采用SPSS13.0进行统计描述。结果 6例患者手术后皮瓣均成活,其中2例患者出现了不同程度的血管危相,再次手术治疗皮瓣功能恢复正常。随访2年后皮瓣依然色泽鲜艳,功能健全,外观完整。结论足背游离皮瓣在颜面部皮肤缺损修复术中有着较好的效果,修复区域外观恢复良好。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective Facial skin defect repair method commonly used to explore the dorsal skin flap in the repair of facial application. Methods the hospital dorsal flap for the treatment of facial skin were defected in 6 patients, the patients were actively cooperate with the investigation. Repair using dorsal skin flap, which flap to use a maximum of 12cm × 9cm, minimum 9cm × 6cm. Described by statistical SPSS13.0. Results 6 patients with flaps all survived after surgery, 2 patients had different degrees of vascular risk phase, flap surgery again to resume normal function. After 2 years follow-up flaps still bright color, functioning, appearance complete. Conclusion Instep free flap in the repair of facial skin defects has a good effect, repair the appearance of a good recovery area.更多还原
