外伤后四肢动脉急性闭塞的介入治疗

【摘要】 目的探讨外伤后四肢动脉急性闭塞介入治疗的临床价值。方法对11例外伤后四肢动脉急性闭塞患者行介入治疗,分析疗效。结果 DSA造影显示四肢动脉闭塞段的部位、范围。11例完全再通,术后远端动脉恢复正常,疼痛明显减轻、消失,未出现肢体坏死,无严重出血等并发症。结论介入治疗外伤后肢体动脉急性闭塞是安全、可靠的微创手段,疗效显著,并发症少,同时为外科手术创造了条件。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the acute post-traumatic limb occlusive arterial interventional treatment of clinical value.Methods 11 cases of traumatic acute arterial occlusion of limbs in patients after interventional treatment of efficacy.Results Limb arterial occlusive DSA,section location,extent.11 patients with complete recanalization,distal artery returned to normal after surgery,pain was reduced,disappeared without a limb necrosis,no severe bleeding complications.Conclusion The intervention of post-traumatic acute arterial occlusion is a safe,reliable and minimally invasive means,a significant effect,fewer complications,while creating conditions for the surgery.更多还原
