【摘要】 目的探讨和评价覆膜支架在TIPSS术后狭窄率的发生情况。方法对80例术后3月、79例术后6月、50例术后12月用彩超及分流道血管造影进行跟踪随访,对狭窄例数及狭窄类型进行分析。结果 80例术后3月中有1例闭塞(1.3%);79例术后6月中有11例狭窄(13.9%),其中支架内狭窄6例、门脉端狭窄1例、"盖帽"发生4例;50例术后12月中有15例狭窄(30%),其中支架内狭窄6例、肝静脉端狭窄3例、门脉端狭窄1例、肝静脉端或门脉端"盖帽"发生5例。结论 1)TIPSS术中覆膜支架的应用明显较裸支架降低了狭窄率。2)如果支架长度选择合适,以及穿刺技术及支架放置角度优化,可以使狭闭率更低。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To study and assess the stenosis rate of e-ptfe covered stent after Tipss.Methods Color Doppler imaging and shunt angiography were used to follow up patients(eighty cases at three months after tippss、seventy-nine cases at six months after Tipss、fifty cases at twelve months after tippss),to analyze the cases and type of stenosis.Result One case was occlusive in all eighty cases at three months after tipss(1.3%);eleven cases were stenosis at six months after tippss(13.9%),among them,six cases were stent restenosis,one case was portal side stenosis,four cases were covered in portal side or hepatic venous;fifteen cases were stenosis in fifty cases at twelve months after Tipss,among them,six cases were stent restenosis,three cases were hepatic venous stenosis,one case was portal side stenosis,five cases were covered in portal side or Hepatic venous.Conclusion 1、Stenosis rate can be significantly lowed after the application of e-ptfe covered stent in Tipss;2、Stenosis rate can be lower If you select the appropriate stent length and optimize your skill of puncture and stent placement.更多还原
