多层螺旋CT诊断冠心病的临床应用价值分析

【摘要】 目的探讨多层螺旋CT诊断冠心病的临床效果。方法 83例冠心病患者被分别给予多层螺旋CT(MSCT)和选择性冠状动脉造影(CAG),并分析MSCT的临床诊断效果。结果 MSCT对冠状动脉近端和中端诊断效果较好,而远端则相对较差。结论虽然多层螺旋CT在现阶段尚有不足,但其具有不可忽视的优势,因此依然是一种值得患者考虑和选择的诊断技术。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To explore the diagnostic evaluation of multi-slice computed tomography(MSCT) used for diagnose of coronary heart disease(CHD).Methods 83 cases of patients with coronary heart disease(CHD) were respectively given MSCT and Coronary angiography(CAG),and the diagnostic results of MSCT were analyzed,then.Results By MSCT,the near-end and middle-end of coronary artery showed good diagnostic result,but the far-end was relatively weak.Conclusion Though there ware some shortage about MSCT now,but it has the assignable advantage,so it is still a method disserved thought and shoes.更多还原
