纳米复合改性水性环氧涂料的研制
Preparation of nanocomposite-modified waterborne epoxy coating
【摘要】 以涂膜的冲击强度为指标,通过正交试验和单因素实验确定了制备纳米复合改性水性环氧涂料的最佳工艺条件,并通过红外光谱和热重分析对其进行表征。结果表明,当固化剂乙二胺用量为10%、甲基丙烯酸(MAA)4%、过氧化苯甲酰(BPO)2%、反应温度50°C、反应时间40min以及纳米SiO2和TiO2的添加量分别为4%和2%时,所制备的纳米复合改性水性环氧涂料的综合性能良好,涂膜有较好的热稳定性和耐水、耐酸碱性能,其拉伸强度为9.17MPa、冲击强度40kg·cm、附着力0级。
【Abstract】 The optimal conditions for preparing a nano-composite modified water-based epoxy coating were ascertained by orthogonal test and single factor experiment with the impact strength as index. The coating was characterized by infrared spectroscopy and thermal analysis. Results showed that the prepared nanocomposite-modified waterborne epoxy coating has good comprehensive properties when the dosage of curing agent 1,2–ethylenediamine is 10%,methacrylic acid(MAA) 4%,benzoyl peroxide(BPO) 2%,reaction temperature 50 °C and time 40 min,and the dosages of SiO2 and TiO2 are 4% and 2%,respectively. The coating has good thermal stability as well as water,acid and alkali resistance. Its tensile strength is 9.17 MPa,impact strength 40 kg·cm and adhesion strength 0 grade.
