【摘要】 以氨基树脂585-1、0.5s硝化棉为成膜物质、无水乙醇作为稀释剂,加入助溶剂和催干剂,得到一种醇溶性纸张上光涂料。通过正交试验,讨论了树脂、硝化棉、助溶剂、催干剂等组分及用量对涂料性能的影响。结果表明,当树脂、硝化棉、助溶剂和催干剂质量分别为4、10、21和1g时,上光涂料的干燥速率最大,涂膜综合性能良好。更多还原

【Abstract】 A alcohol soluble glazing coating for printing cardboard was obtained with amino resin 585-1 and 0.5-s nitrocellulose as film forming materials and anhydrous ethanol as diluent with the addition of cosolvent and drying agent. The effects of the dosages of resin, nitrocellulose, cosolvent and drying agent on coating properties were discussed by orthogonal test. The results indicated that the glazing coating has a fastest drying rate and the dried film has good comprehensive properties when the mass of the resin, nitrocellulose, cosolvent and drying agent is 4, 10, 21 and 1 g, respectively.更多还原
