异质生境野生大豆构件特征及其变化规律

【摘要】 对吉林省龙井野生大豆自然保护区围栏内的保护地和围栏外撂荒地的野生大豆进行分构件考察取样,并对其形态特征及生物量进行统计分析,结果表明:保护地和撂荒地的野生大豆各构件形态指标及生物量均有极显著差异,保护地野生大豆样本最多有一级分枝,撂荒地最多有二级分枝;撂荒地野生大豆的主茎长、一级分枝长、总茎长、一级分枝数、主茎叶数、一级分枝叶数和总叶数分别是保护地的1.4、4.6、2.6、2.8、1.4、4.0和2.5倍。保护地的野生大豆样本根生物量、总茎生物量、总叶生物量、总生物量分别是撂荒地的75%、25.7%、23.0%、25.9%。可见,适度的干扰有利于野生大豆的生长分化及生物量的积累。经回归分析,29个样本的总生物量随着株高、分枝数、总茎长度、总叶数的增加而增加,其变化规律符合y=a+bx直线回归关系,且均达到显著水平;29个样本的主茎、分枝茎、总茎、主茎叶、分枝叶和总叶生物量随植株总生物量的增加而增加,其变化规律符合y=a+bx直线回归关系,且达到极显著水平。

【Abstract】 By sampling in the protected area within the enclosure and abandoned land outside the enclosure in the Longjing Nature Reserve,the modules of wild soybean were studied and the morphological characteristics and biomass of modules were analyzed.Results showed that morphological indexes and biomass of the wild soybean modules in the abandoned land were significantly higher than those in the protected area.There were primary branches in the protected area whereas there were secondary branches in the abandoned land.In the abandoned land,the length of main stem,primary branches and total stems were 1.4,4.6,2.6 times;the number of primary branches,leaves on primary branches and total leaves were 2.8,1.4,4.0 and 2.5 times of those in the protected area,respectively.While,in the protected area,the modules biomass of root,total stems,total leaves and whole plant accounted for 75.0,25.7,23.0 and 25.9 percent of those in the abandoned land,respectively.Therefore,it was deduced that moderate interference was benefit for the growth of the wild soybean.The total biomass of 29 samples increased with the increases of the plant height,total length of stem and total number of leaves,which showed a linear regression function(y=a+bx)variation.The biomass of the main stem,branches,total stems,leaves on main stem,leaves on branches,total leaves all increased with the increases of the total biomass,which also showed a linear regression function(y=a+bx)variation.
