大容性负载双极性高压功率放大器设计

【摘要】 设计了一种适合压电陶瓷驱动器等大容性负载动态应用的双极性高压功率放大器,它基于误差放大式原理,采用高压集成运放(PA89)驱动多组并联功率放大级的电路结构,在实现双极性高电压输出的同时具有很强的电流驱动能力。该放大器驱动等效电容为2.5μF的压电陶瓷驱动器时,能实现单端到地-500~+500V高压输出,电压增益40dB,最大瞬时充放电电流达1A。它具有驱动能力强、稳定性好、线性度高等特点。

【Abstract】 Based on the error-amplified principle,a double-polarity high-voltage high-power linear amplifier driver for piezoelectric ceramic class capacitive loads is designed.A high voltage power operational amplifier(PA89) is used for driving paralleling multi power booster units,which enlarges the range of the voltage output of the amplifier,as well as improves the peak value of the power output.This amplifier can provide a maximum single-ended output voltage of 1kV(peak to peak),a voltage gain of 40 dB,a maximum charge/discharge current of 1A with a 2.5 μF capacitive load(piezoelectric ceramic load).The unique features of this bipolar high-voltage power amplifier have strongly driving capability,high stability,high linearity and so on.
