空心玻璃微珠填充环氧树脂复合材料力学性能试验研究
Experimental studies on mechanical properties of epoxy resin filled with hollow glass bead
【摘要】 在制备了不同配比改性空心玻璃微珠填充环氧树脂复合材料的基础上,对不同填充质量比的改性空心玻璃微珠(HGB)填充环氧树脂复合材料进行了准静态拉、压,简支冲击,应力松弛,动态力学行为等试验,得出了不同配比下材料的弹性模量、拉压强度、冲击韧度、应力松弛率、玻璃化转变温度等参数。试验发现,空心玻璃微珠的加入对材料的各项力学性能均产生了明显的改变。随玻璃微珠配比增加,材料的弹性模量、拉压强度大体上均呈现明显降低趋势;而冲击韧度、应力松弛率则有明显增强趋势;填充比为10%左右材料的耐热性最佳。以上研究发现对此类复合材料的研究和应用具有参考意义。
【Abstract】 The epoxy composite reinforced with modified hollow glass beads(HGB) is prepared.Quasi-static compressive and tensile tests,impact tests,stress relaxation and dynamic thermal analysis are measured on HGB/epoxy with various HGB mass fraction.The mechanical parameters of Young’s modulus,strength,impact toughness,stress relaxation rate and glass transition temperature are obtained.It is found that the mechanical properties change with the increment of HGB,showing the decrease in Young’s modulus and strength and the increase in the impact toughness and stress relaxation rates.Glass transition temperature reaches maximum when the HGB mass ratio is 10%.The findings will serve as a reference for studies of interest.
