【Abstract】 The approval of "Changchun-Jilin-Tumen Pilot Zone" by the State Council in 2009 gave Jilin province a new chance to advance trade with Russia.The implement of the plan will greatly improve Sino-Russia trade district,Sino-Russia Industrial Cooperation District,Russia Economic Corridor and the formation and development of logistic system,and provide a new environment for the trade between Jilin Province and Russia in the perspective of policy guarantee,resource utilization,strength support,tourist industry and scientific and technological exchange.更多还原
