大凌河流域水污染与排污总量控制研究
Study on water pollution and total sewage discharge control for Daling river basin
【摘要】 根据朝阳污染源及水质状况分析评价结论,总结出朝阳大凌河流域污水直接排放、污径比较高,水质污染及水土流失严重的水污染特点。利用QUAL-Ⅱ模型,对大凌河朝阳市区段水质、水环境容量进行了模拟计算,得出实现水功能区水质目标的污染物总量控制方案,并就朝阳大凌河流域水污染特点及排污总量控制需求,提出水污染的防治对策。
【Abstract】 Based on the analysis and assessment of pollution source and water quality condition in Chaoyang city,the paper concludes the water pollution characteristics for the Daling river basin in Chaoyang city,such as the discharging sewage directly,high sewage diameter,severe water pollution and water and soil loss.The paper simulates water quality and water environment capacity for Chaoyang urban section of Daling river by using the QUAL-Ⅱmodel and gets the total quantity control scheme to reach water quality target in water function zone.According to the water pollution characteristics and the total sewage discharge control requirements,the countermeasure controlling water pollution is put forward.
