杨黄褐锉叶蜂雌幼虫发育起点温度和有效积温

【摘要】 在5个温度下,对杨黄褐锉叶蜂幼虫发育起点温度和有效积温进行了研究。结果表明,杨黄褐锉叶蜂雌性幼虫在18、22、26、30℃4个温度下可正常生长发育,而在34℃条件下不能完成发育。不同龄期幼虫发育起点温度和有效积温不同,发育起点温度分别为7.64、8.62、7.58、10.06、7.74、5.99℃,有效积温分别为33.35、26.31、26.99、29.42、41.27、67.07℃。杨黄褐锉叶蜂雌性幼虫发育起点温度和有效积温分别为7.70和224.82℃,发育历期预测式为N=224.82/(T-7.70)。

【Abstract】 An experiment was conducted to study the threshold temperature and effective accumulated temperature of larvae of Pristiphora conjugata at five constant temperatures.Results showed that the female larvae of P.conjugata could grow and develop normally at 18,22,26 and 30 degrees C,but the development could not be completed at 34 degrees C.The developmental threshold temperature and effective thermal summation were different for larvae of different instars.The developmental threshold temperatures of the larvae of different instars were 7.64,8.62,7.58,10.06,7.74 and 5.99 degrees C,and the effective accumulated temperatures were 33.35,26.31,26.99,29.42,41.27 and 67.07 degree days.The developmental threshold temperature and effective accumulated temperature of the female larvae of P.conjugata were 7.70 degrees C and 224.82 degree days,respectively,and the predicted duration of development could be obtained by a given formula.
