金叶风箱果和紫叶风箱果的抗寒性

【摘要】 以风箱果属的2种彩叶树种金叶风箱果、紫叶风箱果的1年生离体休眠枝条为试材对其抗寒适应性进行研究。采用人工低温冷冻法,对其1年生休眠枝的电导率、可溶性蛋白、游离脯氨酸、POD酶活性等生理指标进行测定分析。得出金叶风箱果半致死温度为-42.1℃,紫叶风箱果半致死温度为-43.8℃,紫叶风箱果的抗寒性略强于金叶风箱果,与恢复生长试验结果相吻合。2种彩叶树种作为哈尔滨地区的园林材料是可行的,表现出了较强的抗寒性。

【Abstract】 An experiment was conducted to study the cold resistances of Physocarpus opulifolius ’Lutein’ and P.opulifolius ’Summer Wine’,by using one-year-old detached dormant branches of the two species as research objects.Relative electrical conductivity,soluble protein content,free proline content and POD enzyme activity of one-year-old dormant branches were measured after being frozen at low temperatures.The semilethal temperatures(LT50) of P.opulifolius ’Lutein’ and P.opulifolius ’Summer Wine’ were 42.1 degrees C below zero and 43.8 degrees C below zero,and the cold resistance of P.opulifolius ’Summer Wine’ was a little higher than that of P.opulifolius ’Lutein’,which was consistent with the results of growth recovery experiment.It is feasible to use P.opulifolius ’Lutein’ and P.opulifolius ’Summer Wine’ as materials for garden construction in Harbin due to their strong cold resistances.
